Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a weekday generally get posted the same day via Australia Post but orders after 3:00 PM will be posted the next business day. Parcels sent out with Australia Post will take 4-6 working days to deliver, If you require your parcel earlier then please email us with your details at: firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss other options.
This is based on orders being shipped to capital cites on the eastern seaboard (Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne). If you are based in WA, TAS or in regional areas delivery may sometimes takes a little longer.
During busy holiday periods it is always a good idea to allow an extra day or two for shipping.
Once you've placed your order, tracking details will be emailed to you. If your order includes 2 different brand items (Eartec, Jabra, Sennheiser, Plantronics) please note that each brand will be delivered separately. We do not send packages to PO Boxes.
All our goods are sent for speed and security by courier. Shipping is at a fixed rate depending on the value of your order (not per item) on your online orders.
If you are not able to sign for the headset it will not be left for you unless you request a safe place in advance of us posting it. This is to ensure that your goods don't get stolen by someone else leaving you out of pocket and without a headset. It also provides us with evidence that the goods have been accepted by someone at your nominated address.
Christmas and New Year Delivery Times
We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries as well as private couriers companies. During the Christmas and other holiday periods please allow an extra 2 -3 days for all deliveries.
Last order for December delivery is 10th December 11am Eastern Standard Time!
Orders placed after 3:30 PM 10th December Eastern Standard Time: Please note deliveries will recommence 1st week of Jan. If your business is closed at that time, please do not place your order online, drop us an email or call and leave a message and we'll call you when you're back in the office.
Our staff are taking a well earned break from Dec 21st, returning Jan 2nd. We'll reply to messages and emails on January 2nd.
